New Opening Hours and Shipping Information
We have some important information regarding changing opening hours / days and shipping charges below.
New Opening Hours
Monday to Friday 10am - 2pm.
Saturday + Sunday - Closed.
Bank Holidays - Closed.
Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders are no longer dispatched on a Saturday.
Orders placed after 2pm Friday will not be dispatched till Monday (excluding bank holidays)
We will no longer be taking phone enquires.

During exceptionally busy times enquiries might be answered in the evening and at weekends, customers should be advised this is not the normal service to be expected and contact times are as stated above 10am - 2pm Monday to Friday.
We have secured cheaper rates from our couriers and passed these savings on to our customers.
The price of shipping will vary depending on the weight and value of your order. Some example prices include:
less than 65g - £2.49 (1-2 day Tracked Royal Mail)
Less than £150 value - £3.79 (2-3 day Tracked Royal Mail)
Most Parcelforce Next Day options are now cheaper too.
Tracking Your Items
We will not track your items on your behalf. All tracking numbers will be added to your orders in your website account starting Monday 9th January. This ensures you always have access to your tracking numbers outside business hours and can take control of your own deliveries.
Some customers report tracking emails going into their junk or spam folders or being auto deleted by their email providers. To avoid this issue never checkout as a guest, always sign in / register to order and you will have access to every detail of your order from within your website account.
Customers experiencing a potential delay with the delivery of a parcel should contact the courier directly on the numbers below with tracking number to hand

We will refund the postage costs paid for any late deliveries if you email firstname.lastname@example.org, you can also email to arrange to have late items that you can no longer use sent back for a full refund at our expense.
We do not offer compensation for late or incorrect deliveries that result in loss of business for customers ordering the day before they intend to use the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as per terms and conditions. Failure to deliver on time by the courier is out of our control and we stress to always order in advance.
