Shipping & Returns

We're happy to answer questions or help you with returns. Due to high numbers of enquiries please communicate via email or text so there is a record of communication.  (we do not take phone enquires anymore).

Please see below information regarding shipping options and dispatch times, if you need clarification please text or email as above before ordering. Texts are replied to within minutes during office hours and is the preffered method of communication.

 

Parcelforce cut off times for next day delivery

 

- Parcelforce items must be paid for by 2pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch.

- No Parcelforce items will be delivered on Saturday or Sunday with standard Next Day Delivery, instead Saturday must be selected and paid before 2pm Friday.

- NO PARCELFORCE ITEMS ARE DISPATCHED ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.

 

Royal Mail cut off times for next day delivery

- Royal Mail items must be paid for by 2pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch.

- NO ROYAL MAIL ITEMS ARE DISPATCHED ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.

- Normal Next Day Guaranteed by Royal Mail costing £8.50 does not include Saturday Delivery. Saturday Guaranteed Delivery is available for £13.50 if you pay before 2pm Friday.

- COLLECTIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, ALL ITEMS DISPATCHED BY COURIER ONLY.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We may require International customers to contact us before making shipping options available to them.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the time of day you ordered (see dispatch times below) and the shipping options you choose. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are value-based. All items sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce depending on your shipping address and are dispatched the very same day if you order before 2pm Monday - Friday. No items are dispatched on Weekends or Bank Holidays.

 

Weekend Purchases

items ordered after 2pm Friday can not be dispatched over the weekend. 

 

 

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands

Parcelforce Next Day Delivery is not available to these areas you must select Royal Mail First Class Signed For or Royal Mail Next Day Delivery.

 

USA, Canada and Australia

Parcelforce Air Express 1-4 days available from £14.99 (same day dispatch if you order before 10am Monday to Friday).

 

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). We will pay the return shipping costs within the UK using Royal Mail First Class Signed For if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you think you may need to return an item DO NOT open it, you can inspect an item like you would in a shop before deciding to purchase, this does not involve opening or testing the product. If the item has been opened we reserve the right to charge 10% repackaging fee or refuse a refund entirely. 

International Customers will be charged £8 to cover customs handling fees for returned items. International Customers must pay return postage costs.

If you have a faulty item you have 6 weeks from date of purchase to report the fault (please note date of purchase not date you received or used the item), then 2 weeks to return the item. Faulty item complaints will not be accepted beyond this time period. Please note we reserve the right to choose to Repair, Replace or issue Store Credit for the item. Business to Business sales are not subject to standard consumer rights covered by Distance Selling Regulations. Cash refunds are only available for unused items returned within 14 days of purchase or faulty items reported in the first 30 days.

You have 3 days from date of delivery to report any missing or wrong items in your order. We keep detailed records including batch numbers of items sent and the weight of the parcel, this information is used to help resolve any missing item complaints.


You should expect to receive your refund within Three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (estimated 1 to 10 business days in the UK), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes Paypal or your bank to process our refund request (1 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Return Address (please include a note with your reason for return, order number and name) always get a tracking number to prove returns have been delivered. You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery when returning items, any items lost in the post when returning will require the sender (you) to claim against the courier.
